Bio:
Butch started his
insurance career as
a direct-writer
agent in 1970 and
established Welch’s
Insurance Agency in
1979. He remains an
active agent in all
lines—Life,
Health, Auto, Home,
Farm and Commercial
Insurance.
In
2009 Butch
received his 29th
"Key
Award" from
Pekin Life Insurance
which honors those
agents who display
superiority in Life
& Health sales.
Butch is also a
lifetime member of
the "Inner
Circle Club" of
Pekin Life
Insurance, this is
the highest honor to
be received by a
select group of life
agents for
outstanding
achievement in Life
Insurance.

Bio:
Lori
serves as Client
Service Manager to
the agency and has
been an agent since
1982. She is
licensed for
Personal Lines,
Life/Health and
Commercial Lines.
She supervises
office operations,
computer automation
& training as
well as quoting and
writing insurance in
the Agency office.
She manages our
newest
service-"Camcording"
of clients' homes.
In 1994 Lori
received her CISR
diploma after
completion of a
3-year course. This
designates her as a
Certified Insurance
Service
Representative.

Bio:
Stacey
joined the agency in
December of 1992 and
received her license
in April 1993. Her
responsibility as an
agent includes
marketing of new
clients with quotes
for Personal and
Commercial
Insurance. She also
manages the
Commercial and Farm
renewals, and
changes. She works
with the commercial
and farm clients on
claims, policy
changes and new
policies, and holds
a Personal and
Commercial Lines
license.

Bio:
Linda came to our
agency in April of
2004 with a
Networking
Certificate from
SECC making
her very valuable
for programming,
maintenance and
entry to our
agency’s computer
“paperless”
environment.
To further her
education she
completed her
Personal Lines
License in December
2004, her Life
Insurance License in
2007, and Crop
Insurance license in
April 2011
making her our 4th
licensed agent.
We require licenses
for all staff
members and having
various insurance
license categories
helps us cross train
for uninterrupted
service to our
clients. Linda
oversees our agency
automation and
computers while
doing client service
including policy
changes, payments,
claims, and
proposals with
Butch, Lori and
Stacey on new and
existing clients.

Sandy Martin
Client
Service Agent
Bio:
Sandy is our
newest licensed
agent. She started
at the agency in
November 2008,
completed her
Personal Lines
training and passed
the licensing test
in October 2009.
This enables her to
discuss and advise
our clients on
coverage and limits
of insurance for
auto, home, cycle
and boats. Sandy
is the first
friendly face and
voice as you come in
the door or call on
the phone. She
assists Stacey,
Linda and Lori in
taking information
to do rate
comparisons and also
works with the daily
data entry, claims
and processing
payments.
